Controlling the Schedule & Construction Process through 5D BIM Featuring AIA Arquitectos e Ingenieros Asociados S.A.

June 29, 2020

This webinar replay will focus on how AIA Arquitectos e Ingenieros Asociados S.A., a leading Colombia based design and construction company, is using Assemble to tie the model to budget and schedule to keep projects on track with 5D BIM. By utilizing cost loaded schedule, the AIA team is conditioning the model in Assemble with unit costs and schedule to paint a visual color-coded representation of the status of every project element – whether a scope is done according to schedule, if it is delayed or Look-Ahead to what work is scheduled for the coming days or weeks.

Tomas Trujillo, VDC Director at AIA will share how they are using Assemble in the office and field on one of the biggest University projects in Colombia. By linking cost and schedule to the model, the team at AIA can easily track how much money is tied to late activities and better manage the schedule and cash flow.
